So my dad requested Bell tv and internet. He is a virus to a computer when it comes to tech lol So i need some help. 1st what does Fibe TV app mean? This is what it shows on his account. Now he does not have a smart TV and no cable box was provided, so does this mean he is paying for TV that he cant use? Thanks
