Cancel a new contract

I just signed up with bell and got the notice of new rates.  How do I cancel a two year contract and return the phone on payment plan ? I called and the feisty rep says I will have to pay out the phone cost 廊 is this true?

Resolved! 2026 Price Increase

I have just paid my first bill since returning to Bell. Imagine my surprise when I saw that there will be a rate increase (6$) in February. I am not impressed. If this is how you're going to operate, I may have to reconsider my move back to Bell.
