Accessing Netflix from 9500 receiver

I was gifted a 9500 receiver and when accessing Netflix app from channel 1267. When Netflix starts up its using the previous owner Netflix account. Any idea on how it can be change to use my Netflix account.Thanks

Accessing Bell email when oversea without using Webmail

I can never access my @Bell.net or @sympatoico.ca emails from MacMail or Outlook when I am oversea.And I dont want to use Webmail.How can I access my emails? would a VPN help? what VPN would you recommend?

Missing US channels

There was an update today (apr 23 2024) and there were no US channels. I couldnt watch TMZ or Family Feud.  The channels are not even listed on the package list.

Packetloss on 5ghz gigahub

It's only happens on weekends whenever stream youtube it buffers and load for long time packet loss can be high up to 1%Sometimes higher
