Though Riche's problem has been corrected, ours isn't. We have a red light showing up on this Modem 3000. This issue began last evening, and eventually corrected itself. But this morning, a red light with an exclamation mark has suddenly appeared. Though the Internet is still connected, our landline is down. I was on the phone with Service when everything went dead. Initially, I thought maybe the fellow needed a Tim's break, but apparently that wasn't the case. Now picking up the phone, it's a continual beeping sound. Is this a modem problem or is there something gone awry in the System itself? It would be nice to talk to a Representative on my cell, but since that will cost me Air Time, we're left hanging at present.

Hi, I would have got back to you a back in May but this site wasn't working. We overcame the phone issue but can't remember the specifics as to how Bell overcame it.
I did have the Modem 3000 changed again today, after having it replaced back in February of this year. This round of trouble had the modem rebooting itself and though enjoyable to watch, it wasn't that good when it came to using the Internet. I've been advised to put the the Bell 4000 in, which I will. Again, sorry not to have got back to you but there was no way for me to respond with the site not working.

Thanks for the offer, but no need. I've just had the Bell 3000 modem replaced, and am moving up to the 4000 next month.
