I am unable to send and receive email on my UK BT Internet account while in Canada. Gmail works OK, iCloud works OK. I am using a Mac computer and Mail email client. When I tether to my mobile phone using WiFi which is a Bell mobile, I can send and receive email. Please help.

We would recommend trying a web based client for your 'UK BT' email. Should you still experience issues, we'd recommend reaching out to your email provider.
