I am trying to block a specific website for a handful of devices in my household. It did work for the first, but on subsequent ones it says website exists and it will not add it to the blocked list.

Custom Website/IP Blocking
You can manually approve or block specific websites or IP addresses:
Go to Guard Events in the app.
Tap + and choose "Approve/Block website" or "Approve/Block IP addresses".
Enter the URL or IP address.
Assign the rule to a device or user profile.
That should work, only need to enter it once and then select which devices or user profiles it applies to.
