Can I use the Bell WiFi Pod mini with my current HH2000 modem? I'd like to place a pod upstairs for better WiFi coverage.

Yes, you can use the Bell Wi-Fi pods along side of the Home Hub 2000 to help extend your Wi-Fi coverage.
