Can i install Gigabit Fibe 1.5 myself?

Hi,

I currently subscribe to Bell Fibe 500.  I have a Bell hub 2000.   I am thinking about upgrading to Bell Gigabit Fibe 1.5.   I am very knowledgably with networking and would like to do the Bell Gigabit Fibe 1.5 installation myself.  Do you have a customer install option?

Good Day.
Yes. Please contact Bell Customer Service for further information. Your HH 2000 will not support 1.5 Gbps. This will require a modem change out to a Gigabit Hub.

Have a look at the self-install tutorial instructions that I have attached below. Familiarize yourself with the equipment that you have & follow the steps. Select > Service you are installing > Internet. Select > Get Started. 

Now follow the next 13 steps in the tutorial and refer to the video that is also included.

If the task at hand becomes too onerous, you may need to reach out to Bell Internet Tech support for further assistance and / or arrange for a technician visit to complete the installation for you.
