Cannot connect Eufy video doorbell via Giga Hub WPS connect

Giga hub wps connect cycles to “cancel” when ok is selected on the modem and also will not allow a software selection under “WIFI - WPS” the 2 min “click on the button to connect a device now” timer will not activate and returns an error message “WPS connection failed”

Trying to connect a eufy video doorbell with no luck.
