Monday, Nov 17/25 @ 3:45pm, I had chatbot text conversation betw myself and a Bell Agent. Unfortunately, I was unable to capture the text, before or after, the text conversation ended.
If Bell does not currently offer this feature (text capture), then I would like to offer this as 'Feedback for Improvement'.
Background ...
The Bell WiFi App (WiFi checkup) detected a signal problem between Bell and my house and suggested that I needed further assistance. I was directed to a chatbot to ask my question and interface with an agent. The agent did a full diagnostics on my services, found the problem (BRAS), identified it, and corrected it; all of which was documented in the text conversation.
