Having an issue with the new gigahub 4000, since I’ve upgraded with higher speed plan I have multiple devices that connect and work. (Speed tests check out on iPhones, and desktop) I have an issue with my iPad (7th gen) it says it’s connected to wifi but it will not load anything. Called bell, sent 2 new gigahubs. Had technician come to the house had it working for 10 minutes until he left and lost all speed again to the device. I’ve reset everything, software updates are up to date. Still can’t figure it out. Anyone else have any issues like this ?

You might try forgetting the iPad’s wireless connection, rebooting the iPad and then setting up a new wireless connection with the modem. It might be an incomplete connection in the iPad.

Easiest to troubleshoot is login to the gigahub and run a speed test from within the modem.

I’ve ran that speed test it checks out. All devices work besides this iPad. I’ve checked everything on it. Says it’s connected but will not load anything.
