My 1 Gb download speed regularly goes down to 550 Mb, and seemed to be limited there until I restart my modem. It stays fine for a few days, but eventually seemingly goes back to the 550 Mb limits... restarting the modem re-established the download speed I am subscribed for... anyone else noticed this issue?

I can't see the pictures as it takes a while for them to show up, however 3 Gbps over Wifi is impossible. I am not aware of any consumer WiFi protocol that enables 3 Gbps over a WiFi connection regardless of internet provider.
You can see some actual real world speed tests using WiFi6e here. 1.5 is about the maximum if it's the only Wifi device and 5 feet away from the access point. At 75 feet it drops below 1 Gbps.

Hi there @surgeonkerosene
There are a couple of other options we would recommend. First, we would recommend using the Bell speed test
available through our site. Second, we would recommend checking to see if there any are updates available for your device. Additionally you can also try splitting your SSID's to connect to a different band. Unsure how to do this? Please check out our support thread Splitting SSID for IOT device configuration
for further information.

Hi there @BellPatricia @Bell_Dom
My 3.0 gbps connection, download speed in particular seems to be acting up for the past week. Here's some screenshot to show the current state.
I was told to come here to get it fix.
Thank you for your time.

Can't see the pictures yet as they take a while to appear, but typically if it's a profile issue someone from Bell will pick it up Monday and solve it for you.

I have a hh4000 with the 1.5 Fibe plan which from the modem is getting 64mbps download no matter the source (wifi/wired) and even on the modem level. Full 940mbps speed is achievable on upload speed. Traffic shaping policy seems to be bugged but open to other suggestions that may cause this.

Seems like a profile issue. Usually a Bell employee on this forum will pick this up on Monday and get it fixed for you.
You could try power cycling the modem by unplugging it, but it looks like a speed profile issue to me.

I agree. The Virtual Repair Tool might be worth a try but it may need a technical reset.

Hi @BellNick I have a 3Gbps plan and download speed is stuck at 1Gbps since April 19th. Upload speed is at 3Gbps as expected.
Could you please look into it?

I pay for 1.5 fiber, but for a few days now my speeds have been limited to 550. My speed test on the mybell site, router management site and even on the router itself don't work, but OOKLA returns the speeds as 550 down, 1090 up. When I called bell customer service, they provided me with a replacement router and also told me I'm on a HIGHER profile than 1.5 (I'm on 1.7) so I shouldn't be having any issues like this. Factory resetting helped on the previous router, so did rebooting, but not anymore. Now it's just stuck on 550. My router firmware version is 1.19.6, on the Giga Hub.

Perform a speed test from within the modem to ensure your profile speed is correct: Speed test
That test should always work.

As mentioned, they still don't work. Same error when performing the test on the router itself.
