My email suddenly stopped working today on my PC and phone. When I tried to logon, it said I have invalid credentials. I tried again and same thing. I clicked on FORGOT MY PASSWORD and was taken to MYBELL where next to my email address it now says:
This email account is currently suspended. To reactivate it, please call 310 SURF (7873).
I have called Bell, chatted Bell online and no one can tell me why this happened or how to fix it. The other email address on our account is working fine. Any ideas??? I was told it may take 48 hours for a call back ! I run my home based business from this email address

Hello,
I never heard back from Bell. They said they would call me and nothing. I tried to login to my email again today after lunch and it still said invalid credentials. I clicked on forgot password and when it brought me to the manage email screen, it FINALLY said change password and no longer said my email was suspended. I was able to change my password and log back on to my email. But nothing from Bell to let me know what happened or why it happened...

Thank you for writing, I wish I had seen your message yesterday. Exactly the same thing happened to me on the same day as you. Same routine, called Bell, said it would take up to 48 hours for a call back. Three days later no call back. I read your message tonight and once again tried to change my password and IT WORKED. Still nothing from Bell. I'm so glad I saw your message!
