I have set up a list under my email contacts and populated it with people from my contact list. I would like to alphabetize this list as every time I use the list the order of the people seems to randomly change. I cannot seem to find the way to do this. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Good Day.
This feature is not built in to Bell Webmail. There are many sorts & searches available within the program. There is no sort within a group built in to Bell Webmail. You can sort contacts, etc. You can not sort within a a group of contacts.
You can set up your email account on a mail client that does include this type of sort & search option. E.g. Outlook will allow you to set up a group & sort within the group. The group in this case are contacts that are added from the contact directory to a list & sorted within the group list & saved alphabetically.
Take care.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
You need to add each name manually to your address book.. You need to include last name & first name. It will add sort them alphabetically. You can do a sort of your contacts by last nast name or first name only. You can trick tte listing by entering what you wish in th last name & first name field for sorting purposes. If you add an email address to the contact and send a message, the program will collect & sort the address for you. There are many hidden functions. E.g search a name, import & export functions, etc.
I can only suggest that play with the program & try a couple of entires to familiarize yourself with what you can do. Add a couple of fictitional contacts & test the webmail capabilities.
Take care.

Thanks for the reply. I may not have expressed my problem clearly. I can enter contacts and have them sorted there with no problem. However it is when I set up a group that I cannot sort the group. Once the group is set up, I add names to it but the group seems to be randomly populated and I cannot get them to sort by alphabetic or any other way.
Thanks again - it is much appreciated.
