Error: Address not found when I send an email from Gmail to Sympatico

When I try to send a gmail to my Sympatico account, I get the following message:

Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to ****@sympatico.ca because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was:

550 5.1.1 <*****@symptico.ca>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table.           Anyone know what is going on here?

Thank you for your question and your image, which describes the issue. From your image, I believe you have misspelled sympatico.ca. You e-mail says you sent it to symptico.ca. Misspelling an e-mail domain name will cause an e-mail to bounce back to the sender. It's a common occurrence.
