Got bell Fibe 3.0 Gbps down/upload installed last week and when the service works, it's excellent.
What I've been experiencing is random disconnects, and this happens during important work meetings which is very frustrating.
Another example, I'll be browsing Amazon, and on loading one page, it keeps loading until the internet disconnects, and then it goes back up again. This happens way too frequently.
Ran the virtual diagnostic tool and the results were fine. No issues.
Do I need a bell technician to come? If they did, I'm not sure how they would troubleshoot this as the disconnects are quite random but they do happen from time to time.
Wondering if anyone's experienced a similar issue.

It's 3 am so i can't report this on live chat but i wanted to report that since around 3:15 AM, the bell servers seem to be having problems. They keep cutting my pods out causing everything connected to the pods to lose connection. This has been happening at regular intervals since 3:15 and even a reboot hasn't solved this. My modem has been fine throughout and it isn't losing connection at all.

Good day @RoadhogTime13
Thank you for your post 🙂
We wanted to check in to see if you are still having any trouble. If you are please run Virtual repair
and let us know if that fixes everything.

Virtual repair or reboots do nothing. This issue has occurred almost every other night any time between 3 am to 5 am where my pods keep resetting over and over for around 15 to 20 mins whereas my modem is fine. This is indicative of an issue with the Bell servers as the app encounters the issues at the exact same time

Thanks for the feedback. Another possibility is that you are seeing the pods optimize their connection at that time.
.
If you use the Bell Wi-Fi app, you will see that time noted on the View network button. Mine optimized at 2:00 AM.
