Good evening @Customer429
Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Are you still having trouble with your Internet? If so, please share what type of Internet service and modem you have. Is there an error message on your modem?
You can check for an Internet outage in your area using our Outage check tool. Take a look at this How To article: How to check for Internet outages in your area
for more information. If no outage is detected, you will also find a link to our Virtual Repair tool. We recommend using Virtual Repair to help detect and fix issues with your service.
Let the Community know if you need help with anything else.

I'm living in a condo in H3W area in Montreal. I haven't had WiFi access for 5 days now. Tech arrived yesterday with new modem. Didn't help. Anyone else residing in the area with the same problem?

Interesting. W--Fi access comes from your Bell modem. Can you connect to the modem? Are you using the correct password? What type of computer and operating system are you using? Please provide more information so we can assist you.
