Further to my previous note, I followed up with Bell Internet tech support this morning & they confirmed that Bell no longer provides Email accounts. I also reconfirmed this information with Bell Customer Service: Billing & Ordering. They told me that Bell is no longer providing Emaill addresses. I suggested to both groups that this change is not reflected nor widely known & that the Bell web site should be updated to reflect this change.

As an alternative it was suggested that " Anyone needing an Email address, should obtain one from another supplier / source. E.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.etc. If you delete your old Bell Email address, it will not be replaced."

The best way to spread the word out is probably to send out leaflets lol

How can I create new Bell Email Address. I have been looking everywhere, but cannot find an option.  I do see an option to delete an existing email address.  Bell tells me that I can have up to 15, but I am not given a way to create it.

if you delete a Bell email account it will no longer be replaced. Bell has stopped offering the free 15 email accounts.

How on earth do I create a 'new' email account?
There is virtually no button anywhere that says 'create' or 'create new / second email address'. There is a button to 'import' an account from somewhere, not what I'm looking for. Even with the latter, it's very busy, over-loaded with function, and unexplained; e.g., none of the fields has an 'I' pop-up that explains "what this is" and "why you use it" etc.

Well that explains everything. It seems irresponsible to not have announced this clearly to customers -- on the interface itself.

If Bell internet wants to keep there customers and gain new ones, they need to reverse there decisions on not allowing there customers creating an email address with Bell.  We pay for the service and at least for me, i expect to have features like emails with Bell and not a 3rd party email address such as yahoo and gmail

I am having this same problem!  I am trying to create new email and there is not a Create new email button right there above Related topics.

And where has our ability to add email accounts gone? this is a service we were promised and are paying for but are not able to access...

I was told that Bell is no longer supplying Email ids. Those  that already have Bell email ids will keep them but no new ones are being issued. You have to get one like Gmail, yahoo, outlook etc.

Bell is no longer supplying & supporting Bell email accounts. Bell has stopped offering the free 15 email accounts earlier this year.

As an alternative, "Anyone needing an Email address, should obtain one from another supplier / source. E.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. If you delete your old Bell Email address, it will not be replaced."
Bell Internet tech support & customer service confirmed this policy change with Bell email accounts.

does anyone know where to signup a bell email?

After i sign in to bell.ca, I find no where to signup a bell email.

Does anyone can help?

Bell no longer offers any free email accounts. If you require a free email account you will need to obtain one from another email account supplier such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc.

If you already have an email account you can Login to MyBell > Scroll down under your login name to > My Profile & select. On this page you will see Profile information. From here you can enter your personal information such as your MyBell name, Contact email, etc.
