I use Bell webmail on my PC for most of my Sympatico email viewing/sorting. Bell "updated" the platform about a year ago with great fanfare but never seemed to finish it. I contacted Bell and had a few exchanges where they seemed to suggest there were things to come that never came. My biggest issue in the overall platform is they took off the ability to sort emails by size. People send huge attachments sometimes and one used to be able to rank the inbox items by size and sort/delete the big ones or download the attachments like photos for safekeeping. WHY? My email seems to load slowly and I imagine my inbox is pretty full. Bell when are you going to reinstate the "sort by size" function?

I'll wager the chances of Bell improving on, or reinstating features of its email service are slim to none.
So rather than wait in vain, I suggest you use an application like Thunderbird. From its FAQ:
"What is Thunderbird?
Thunderbird is a free, open-source, cross-platform application for managing email, news feeds, chat, and news groups. It is a local email application, meaning it installs and runs as a client on your device, being rather than browser or web-based." (emphasis added).
Thunderbird does not give you an email account.
You would download and install Thunderbird, and use the account setup wizard to add an email account (your Sympatico account). You will then be using it as the client side of your Bell Sympatico email. It has many features which will help you manage your Bell mail.
More information here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-CA/features/
Ultimately you ought to get a gmail account, which will provide you with an email address. Best to have an option rather than relying entirely on an ISP-based email service.
Hope this helps. Good luck and keep us posted.
