HEY @B1smillah. Download the Bell Wi-Fi app, open app and login, click on devices, select device you want to restrict, click on Block Internet access, and select the timeframe you want the restrictions. You have options like school nights, bedtime, indefinitely, or Custom where you can pick the days and times you want.

Hi there @WhatamImissing, thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community.
As @JD suggests above you will need to use the Bell Wi-Fi app block devices. You can select a pre-set schedule or create a custom one.

You can do this using the Bell Wi-Fi App. With the app, you can choose which devices & when you wish to turn the Wi-Fi off. The following is a link to assist you in.
To get the app:
- Search for Bell Wi-Fi in the app store for your device. E.g. Apple iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.
- Download and install the app.
- Open the Bell Wi-Fi app and log in with your MyBell username and password.

Managing your connected devices
Quickly pause Internet access for a device, or schedule regular times when a device will be blocked from accessing the Internet.
- Open the Bell Wi-Fi app and log in with your MyBell username and password.Get help logging in to the Bell Wi-Fi app
- Touch the People icon at the bottom of the home screen.
- Touch Devices.
- Select the device you wish to block Internet access.
- To pause Internet access immediately, touch the Pause icon.
Choose between setting a timeout period, freezing until midnight or freezing indefinitely.
- To schedule times when Internet access is blocked, touch Schedule Internet freeze, then touch New freeze schedule.
- Select one of the available options to block the device for a period of time:
- Until end of day
- School nights
- Bedtime
- Indefinitely
- Custom
Note: You can customize the time range for the school nights, bedtime, and custom options by touching the time stamp above the option.
- To unblock a device, touch the X on the device page, and then touch X on the device details page.
Keep in mind that this feature only limits Internet access from your Wi-Fi network. Cellular data can still be used while this function is enabled and downloaded content may still be accessible.
Block or pause Internet access by user
Create user profiles for the people who use your Wi-Fi network so you can pause or block Internet access for all of a user’s devices at once, rather than one device at a time.
Once a profile has been created, you can create schedules when Internet access is blocked to all the devices listed in the profile.

Hi @Stef81
There's no setting on Bell's gateway modems (like the HomeHub 4000 or the GigaHub) that can be configured to block traffic in or out of your local network on a schedule. You would need to connect your own router to do this, which for most of us isn't a great option.
But as described by @WelshTerrier you can control wifi access for users' devices. Bell's WiFi App allows you to set up a time out, to freeze multiple people's devices temporarily (a freeze schedule). The latest version of the App makes this process fairly simple.
Obviously this doesn't apply to a computer with an ethernet connection to the Bell modem.
Keep us posted on how it's going!
Cheers,
ZaneP

I've recently upgraded to Giga Fibe 1.5 and all is good until I want to set schedules on some of the devices in my home. I can no longer set schedules in the router, Giga Hub, but am forced to use the WIFI App to do this. I can not set more then one schedule for a particular device on the same day. I'm constantly using the app to adjust the custom schedules which is not what I want to do. I was able to customize, perfectly, schedules in my old Bell 2000 Router. The other problem when using the app and adjusting the schedules, I cannot see the time adjustment because my finger blocks the view of the time being adjusted on the slide bar. I have to hold the phone in a certain position and look under my finger, still not easy, in order to hopefully see the time. I know, first world problems. If there's something I'm missing I'd appreciate your help, otherwise, maybe future versions will solve some of the issues I'm having.

Hello, everyone.
Using the Bell WiFi app on my android device, I've set a custom schedule for internet access on my kids device.
Now, I can't figure out how to modify the custom schedule.
Any advice?
Thank you.

Hello. Is there any way to set the bell internet on a timer? I've heard of other companies able to turn off their internet at, let's say 11 PM. Are we able to do that with the bell internet? If yes, how do I do that?

No, you can't restrict access. Except by brute-force: disconnect the ethernet cable from the modem port.

Is there a way to turn on/off the wifi per device from the Bell app? For example, I would like to turn off the wifi for computers and phones during night to avoid device use at night and distractions. Thanks
