How long does it take for a modem to be delivered?

I moved to a new apartment last Friday. I cancelled my last internet provider as the same couldn’t provide internet on Monday ( today ). So I call bell and the support GUARANTEE me that the modem would be here on Monday and then I would be able to work from home normally. 

today I call bell and they told me 3 to 5 business days to deliver the modem. TOTALLY A BAD FAITH just to sell the service. BELL NEVER AGAIN! I had ordered 2 internet modem/lines
