How to control both modems in the Bell Wi-Fi app

I have 2 separate internet lines and Modems (Hub2000 & Hub3000), with 2 pods connected to each internet line. Only 1 modem is showing up in my Bell Wifi App… how do I add the second Home Hub with its 2 pods, to my Bell Wifi App?

Hi @KikiG,

Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for reaching out 🙂

When you login to the Bell Wi-Fi app with your MyBell credentials you have the option to choose which modem (B1) you wish to manage.

If you want to manage your other modem you just need to log out of the app, then log back in and choose the B1 associated with that modem.

Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Hi @Allyson18
To begin, you need to log into your MyBellOpens in a new tab or windowaccount. If you do not have one, you'll need to register for one.
Once logged in, you will need to ensure both internet accounts are linked to your profile. Please see our support article How to add another account to MyBellOpens in a new tab or windowfor further information / steps on how to do this.
Once both internet accounts have been linked to your MyBell, your WiFi app should allow you to switch between the 2 accounts (it may take up to 24 hours for the WiFi app to update).
Looking forward to hearing back.

Perfect!
thanks @BellPatricia

I have 2 separate modems. Is there a way to add both of those modems to my bell wifi app (I already have one added but want to add the second one, as well)?

Thank you for your question. Based on the log-in and account data, which are required for the app, I suspect you can't. It would be good to hear from staff on this one.

I'm not sure how you could have two active modems. Bell provides one gateway modem to us: HomeHub; GigaHub. It's provisioned to our account. Could you give us some more details?

Good question that raises a flag for me. Bell does not sell modems. Any Giga Hub you find for sale on line is either stolen or left behind by a customer when they left Bell. Bell owns it. A person with two accounts might be able to have one modem on each, but Bell would have to provide a second fibre line and the relevant back end provisioning for it to work.

Good Day.

The Bell Wi-Fi app can only connect to one Bell Home Hub or Giga Hub modem & can only be activated by Bell. If you have two Bell modems, call Bell to report this. Do the right thing & return it to Bell so that the rightful owner can receive a refund on their non-return modem charge.

Take care.

I didn’t find anything for sale. These are both from Bell.

Thank you

Hi there @Allyson18
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
If you have 2 internet accounts with 2 modems and they are both linked to your MyBell account, you should be able to switch between the two services on the WiFi app.
If you only have 1 internet account but for some reason have 2 modems, then no, they can not both be linked to the WiFi app. We only provide 1 modem per internet service.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

Do you know how to switch back and forth in the wifi app with 2 internet accounts? I can’t seem to figure it out. I don’t see any option for that in the settings

Hi @Allyson18
Both accounts must be linked to your MyBell account. When you login to your MyBell account, do you see 2 internet accounts?

I do not.
