Log into your Bell online account and change your internet package or add on.....there is a modem section you can upgrade.

When I upgraded to fibre 500 a couple of years ago I had the homehub 2000.  I asked at time, if the upgrade to fibre 500 (it was purely a "software upgrade" at the CO is guess) would include the homehub 3000.  I was told no.  The homehub 2000 is sufficient.   I am still using the homehub 2000.   Can i get the homehub 4000?  I see its the standard router being installed now.   Would the homehub 4000 be free, as i did not get a homehub 3000 when i upgraded to fibre 500.   And is the homehub "customer" installable?  I'm very familiar with the router setup.  I don't like the idea of a Bell tech showing on site (at my home) to do the install (which last time took all of 5 minutes...and i had to later go into the router config and make corrections myself).

Thanks

Hello,

I have been a Bell customer for a while now. How would I upgrade my HH3000 to HH4000?

Thank you!
