Internal server error when accessing the Internet usage page

bell internet usage page will not show up...i cant check my usage........it says page does not exist??????..page did exist...

Works for me, and while it shows usage mine is unlimited.

So the issue is not with the web page.

I am not sure if it still exists, as I think the services are unlimited these days.

Is this like a page that is accessible from Mybell or another Bell portal? Or is this some other web address/service?

Which modem are you using? The internet usage page is available from my HomeHub 4000 portal/dashboard.

After the login, click on My Usage.

My Usage page gives a percentage of uploads per device on my Giga Hub, but otherwise nothing useful. Usage is indeed unlimited, except on services like Wireless Home Internet and mobile phones, I believe.

I used to be able to check my usage on MyBell app and on the website. On the website it says OOPS! Page does not exist and on app it says Internal Server error. Very frustrating! I don't like being surprised by the notification I have used 75% of my internet data. I chatted with Bell and he couldn't see why I can't get it, he could on his end. My modem is  Hub 2000. Have you had any luck?

Thanks for your question. I am able to see my own usage both in the web page and on the app. Perhaps if you log in and log out it may clear up.

I wonder if it has to do with the Hub. I have Hub 2000. This is what I get on the app:
