Hi,
Why changing a system that was working without problem... Login directly in the router and set "freeze internet time" per group of device. Now I need to use the Bell Wifi application and set "Schedule Internet Freeze" per device.
But the issue I currently face is... When I set a schedule for a specific computer I cannot cancel or pause it. If my son ask for more internet time, I tried to "uncheck" the schedule and even delete the schedule associated with is computer, but still the internet is block until the schedule allow it.
How can I stop/pause a schedule on a device and bring back the access to the internet right away? Or even better, bring back the option in the router as it was before!
Thank you,
Martin

HI! thank you for getting back to me. I figured it out today. I like to split my band, but the wifi apps doesn't work. So the agent had recommended to use the guest wifi until i get my new router and turns out the internet freeze does NOT work with the guest wifi. Thx!
Wish you also had a timer for internet freeze. we have a schedule but would be great for it to count down let's say 2 hours and freeze it then. Nice way to monitor kids.

Good Day.
Thank you for reaching out & posting your question. Yes, you can control & pause internet usage.
The Bell Wi-Fi App lets you control, manage and monitor your home Wi-Fi network from anywhere at any time.
You can use the app to install Bell Wi-Fi pods, manage any connected devices, run speed tests, and pause & schedule internet access.
You can download the Bell Wi-Fi app in your mobile device's app store. (Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android) and then installing it.
Logging into the Bell Wi-Fi App
- Type in your MyBell username and password.
- Select your internet service between Wireless Home Internet or Bell Fibe Internet. If you are unsure, check your Internet package details.
- Select your region between: Ontraio or Quebec, Atlantic or Manitoba
- Touch Log in.
Please check out the weblink that I have provided:
Block or pause Internet access by user
What is the Bell Wi-Fi app and how do I use it?
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Take care.

I am able to set all of my kids devices up with internet freeze, except for 1 device which is an apple product. This account shows an apple phone with an asterisk on it. Other accounts with the freeze are also shown below for comparison. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thank you

Good day @Towerhill664,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for reaching out.
Are you setting up the freeze through the Bell Wi-Fi app directly on their iPhone? If that is the case, you cannot pause a profile that contains the device on which you are using the app.
Let us know if you do need any more help.

Hello there @MissKalunji,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
Can you explain what happens when you try to block/freeze the internet access on your devices (e.g. which step do you get stuck at, is there any error message)?

Is there a way to pause our internet connection for a specific time each day. Internet dependency vs family time.
