So i had a home hub 4000 and encountered some strange services running in recourse monitor and then my firewall settings and other security settings showed strange changes i did not make. i then got that replaced for a gigahub but have discovered that 100% there is ssh tunnelling from my devices and they all have the network adapters not even installed. i have bought two new laptops within 2 weeks and within minutes there were exceptions set and services started and permissions and certificate groups being changed and allowed . closing ports in command prompt or power shell won't even work. we were getting 40mbps with 150MB upload package now have 1.5gig package and only getting less than half . there's about 40 extra devices on my home network with the same names as my devices except maybe 1 or 2 characters different and the same mac address as mine ?? what should i do or can i do ? it's way over bell tech supports heads i find and i used to do tier 3 with another company before changing careers but am at a loss. i have hundreds of clients data and socials and banking for their insurance applications stored on my device and am very concerned. tcp and udp ports will not close. spent so many hours trying to resolve but with multiple devices now rooted in at a loss. please help!

Hi there @salessniper4. Welcome to the Bell community, and thanks for your post.
Our best recommendation at this time is for you to restore your setup to the original modem configuration, and ensure any third party equipment is disconnected. Once you have done that please test and let us know if you continue to experience any trouble.
Keep us posted!
