If you made the change online using MyBell, it should already be completed. There is nothing further for them to do.
To verify the change, you can login to > MyBell & select > Internet > select > Go to Internet overview. You will now see your current Internet package.

You can verify which Internet package you are subscribed to directly in MyBell.
Simply log in to MyBell, select your Internet service (on the left), then click Manage my package and features to review your Internet subscription.
Let the Community know if you have further questions.
