McAfee Antivirus scan detected Segurazo

I installed the Bell provided McAfee Antivirus.  After running an extensive scan, it identified something called Segurazo that it cannot remove.  It tells me to click the link to McAfee to get help removing this 'harmful' item.

I ended up chatting with someone from McAfee, but they do not support McAfee users who got their software from Bell.  They told me to contact Bell support.

Not sure where to turn at this point.

Segurazo is a fake antivirus and sometimes also installed as part of other malware.

Make a backup of your system before performing any changes to the registry. Make sure to print out the instructions before starting the removal, and ensure you fully understand the instructions.
