Modem saying not correct username or password

I did not do anything to prompt this message, anyone know why this would be?

Hi there @Kumar,

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

Just to clarify, are you are connecting your TV set to the internet, or are you are trying to log into the Bell Fibe TV app? 

If you are logging into the Bell Fibe TV app, you simply need to use the same login information that you use to access MyBell.

Hey there @Ely, thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community.
That message will occur when the wrong credentials are entered while connecting a wireless device to your network. 

Can you share which modem you're using? Do you see the message right on your modem, or elsewhere?
You can also verify all of the devices that are connected to ensure there are no unknown devices present. Simply access your modem Gui (192.168.2.1), and then click on My Devices to see a full list.

I have checked the same password but TV says incorrect password
