I am trying to get used to the new email format. I love some of the changes but am having difficulty with others.
When I click on the square box next to the subject line when I first open my email link it now automatically opens to the email. In the past, I could click on the square box for several emails(they wouldn't automatically open again) and I could move them all at once to a select file folder. Now I have to move each one individually which is very time consuming. Is there a step I am missing or is this just the new way and if it is can this be addressed in an update?
I also find the font size smaller than before. I am not sure if it is because of the font size or if the colour was changed on the font but it is now hard to differentiate between unopened emails and opened emails. Is there some way I can change the colour of the font and the size? I have looked into my email settings as well as my browser settings but I couldn't see anything.
Would love any help anyone can give! Thank You

OK. I'll describe exactly what I do Carolla and I am not aware of any limits to capacities. Your folders are on the left. Go to" move to" and all the things like inbox/draft/sent/junk/deleted show
At the bottom as you have found is in faint font "my folders" with an arrow pointing right.. First Click on the email you want to transfer. As mentioned carefully place cursor on my folders and the arrow will reveal all your folders on the right of "my folders"
Hold the cursor there and scroll down to the folder of choice - click on it and your email should go to that folder. It is very sensitive so if your cursor slips off then you have to begin again. The previous method before the so called improvements was fool proof. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your patience Mike. So ... here's where I'm at. When I select Move to & the drop down menu appears, I have to move my cursor laterally to the right or left staying WITHIN THE RIBBON, then when I am beyond the edges of the drop down menu box, I can move downward, and do a lateral sneak approach on the 'folders' section of the Move to drop down menu. If I move directly DOWN from Move to, the drop down menu IMMEDIATELY disappears. So ridiculous.
So next issue - NONE of my (numerous well organized) folders from my Inbox mail section (also 'grayed out' in the drop down menu) show up in the 'folders' section of the dropdown menu, and my stealth lateral approach does NOT work to get to the 'inbox' section' - dropdown just disappears. This is very frustrating.

Let me walk you through it again. It is all so motion sensitive, 1-click on the email box you want to move . The email will open. The check mark appears 2-go to "move to" 3 - stop at "my folders" Stay there. 4- slide cursor along my folders - there will be an arrow "my folders > 5- your folders should now appear on the right . 6 - now just hold on in that mode and scroll down through the folders until you get to the one you want. 7- click on that one and your email which you have checked will drop out of your in box/ or sent and get placed in that folder and will no longer be in your in box or sent .
Try again Carolla. It should work.

Hi Mike - have been away from this for a bit. I think where I've finally landed is this - the prior iterations of this email service had the useful option to create folders in the "inbox" section - this is where all my folders are located. While I used to be able to simply sort my mail (by simple click & drag) into these folders for easy future reference, this ability is no longer possible by any method.
It appears that any folders must be located further down in the "folders" section (not "Inbox" section) in order for any mail to be moved into them. So my long list of helpful folders is now basically an archive & I will have to start new folders in the Folders section NOT the Inbox section. (although there seems to still be the option 'add folder' in the Inbox section - for what purpose I do not know!)
It's hard to imagine I'm the only person encountering this oversight. I imagine the odds of Bell fixing this are slim to none, unfortunately. Anyway - that's my thinking at present. Thanks for all your help.

This is about the new contacts tab. When is BELL just going to leave their crazy new BELL mail alone. Enough damage has been done. Now there is new today a pop up window when you edit a contact. Enter a new address and before you just hit save and that was it. That worked. OH NO. NOT NOW. Now some bright light at BELL has this week decIded go to work and screw things up again by expanding on this and create a new window giving you options. So you decide to by pass this and just save close - OH NO. NOW EVERYTHING FOR THAT CONTACT IS DELETED. And all the new email writing with lines disappearing and no messages showing unless you hit those arrows top right of your sent message. Oh hum. I guess they have to create work and create more irritation for people like us paying $200 monthly for their services.

I used to rely on the CalDav server to synchronize my calendar across my various devices, but that seems to have been killed at some point.
Is there some way of synchronizing the calendars at present? The instructions on the Bell website on how to do so are now out of date, and the webmail help just points back to those out of date pages.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there @Ottawan. Thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Can you share which types of devices (make/model) you are trying to sync your Bell Webmail calendar with?

Thanks for the help, @BellPatricia! I'm trying on several different devices. These include:
- My laptop, an Acer Aspire 3 running Windows 11 and connecting through Mozilla Thunderbird as an e-mail client (ver. 102.5.1)
- New cell phone: Unihertz Titan Pocket running Android 11, and connecting through BlackBerry Hub+ e-mail client
- An older cell phone: BlackBerry KeyOne running Android 8, also connecting through BlackBerry Hub+.
I had previously been able to connect with the laptop and the older BlackBerry, but I get non-response messages from the server from all three devices at present, as well as from this service: isitdownrightnow.com. Lastly, another user, @Punkin, noted this problem in the middle of a longer thread nearly a year ago, but no doubt it was overlooked.
Because of all of the above, I suspect that this has been an issue for a while, but I hadn't noticed because my error messages in both programs are almost non-existant.
Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

BELL Patricia Typically BELL cut me off in mid message a minute ago with a pop up asking me to comment on the service. I gave it my usual bad review. Sending messages continues to be bad, Mid message BELL changes the font and the message is appearing half way down the page. If I felt like going to the trouble of telling all my new email address I would switch out of BELL mail in a heart beat. Nothing is consistent like the previous BELL mail. What and why have you done this to us? It is a daily frustration. Why can't we hear directly by a BELL message from the originators of this mess so they can explain themselves.

It's been almost a year since I've been on this system and I still get Calendar entries (with "all day" option selected) showing up as spanning 2 days in the webmail display (Edge or Firefox). The entries display properly on my iPhone calendar. It is only random entries and I don't know what triggers it. In some cases I can change the all day to an hourly, save it, and then change it back to All day and it corrects itself. Not all the time though. I'm sure I reported it last year but it's still occurring randomly. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have also had this issue of unexpected font changing. I sometimes use a larger font for messages to a person with low vision; but then when I go to a new message, I start in the usual 12 pt font, but after any paragraph change it reverts to the previously used 18pt font. Looks sloppy & is irritating.

Hi there @Carolla,
Thank you for your post.
Could you please specify which browser you are using and are you able to test and replicate this issue on a different browser?
Does this happen with every email you are trying to send?
Are you able to post screenshot's of what you are seeing when this occurs?
Looking forward to hearing back.
