Two new band new WiFi 6E Pods got this error since I plugged them both in. I talked with bell they asked for the serial numbers and like magic they appeared.
Then they disappeared without touching them.. Called bell again and they did the same thing... Pods showed back up and disconnected again. Same error message
Pods are not offline they are missing. The 4th time contacting bell he promised me he would keep an eye on things.
What am I doing wrong here. Pods were ordered from bell and activated by bell. Very frustrating as one of them had excellent signal and was actually having devices connected to it.
The old 5G pods though I swear are failing never had any issues staying attached to the hub like this before.
My ps5 connects directly to the modem at a snail speed with a single bar but the alexa smart speaker or the two smart lights above in the bedroom fail to see any internet aka the need for a pod.
I've tried everything has anyone experienced this on a frequent basis?

Tried that, and it's not just the ps5 speed tests. It's any device even wired into the pod directly.
Speed is worse without the pods. To the point of failing the tests. I've tried every tip I could get from bell and it's users.
HH4000-E it says in the app is the modem says giga on the side. It's months old. The pods are WiFi 6E and I have 4 of them in every single room including the bathroom any plug I can find.
My cellular hotspot placed at the modem has more reach and speed than the modem with or without pods.
No way a cell phone has a stronger WiFi signal than the modem itself. The tether is stronger and faster I just don't have the data to sustain that connection
I used that last night to watch the leafs game on the bell stick. It's not even a big apartment and it's not interference or the hotspot would fail also. It's not the walls. It's getting so repetitive as the bell techs can't even explain it. Chalk it up to being bell and leave

Can you clarify what you mean by the "Bell stick"? Is that the wireless home internet hub or a Bell Mobile Hotspot? using cell signals?

Just so I understand correctly: even with no pods plugged in a speed test from a mobile device in close proximity to the home hub shows a poor speed test results?
If it does, can you log into the modem and perform a speed test directly from within the modem?

Speed isn't the issue. Getting 1.6 paying for 1.5.
Virtual Repair no longer works with the app and WiFi check up fails. Deleted the apps and tried again same thing..
Just watched the pods go offline and come back up on their own.
