POE on Home Hub 3000?

Hi, I have Sagecom Hub 3000. Until recently a device was powered by POE from this modem. Now it is working on and off. Is it possible that the POE capability of the modem has been damaged and is working intermittently?

It does not have POE capabilities. Easiest solution is to purchase a POE injector. They can often be had for $10 or so on amazon or other retailer.

Thanks. For some reason my device was working on POE alone, being hooked only with the Sagecom Hub 3000, for one year. Now I need to plug it into an electrical outfit in addition to the ethernet cable providing the connexion. It is really a puzzle for me.
