Is it possible to pick up my Internet modem at a store? Ordered on the 13th of March had March 15th install. Unfortunately the fibre cable was damaged. Two techs came today (20th) to fix but now a third visit has to occur to drop off the modem? Can I just pick up at the store? Getting frustrated..called Bell and they don’t know when I can get it “dropped off.”

I think it's delivery only, or installation by a technician.
I do know you can exchange in a local store, but only after a Bell customer service agent sets up the exchange with the store in question. I have done this 2 times.

This is generally not possible on a new installation. Once the Fibre has been repaired, a technician would need to be dispatched to finish making the final connections, complete the testing & setup of your modem & internet service.
I would call Bell Customer Service tech support back. If a technician needs to be dispatched, then they will give you an installation date! This date can only be provided once the Fibre has been repaired.
If this is just a modem drop off, E.g. repair / upgrade, etc., this is generally sent via Purolator or Canada Post.
Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.
Take care.
