I have 2 computers using Bell Email; one has 'automatic spell check'; the other has no spell check. How can I put this on the 2nd computer. Settings does not seem to have this option. Was this feature provided with Bell's email update last spring and for whatever reason did not make it to my 2nd computer?

If you are logging into Bell.net with a Browser, I would check if Spell check has been toggled off at the browser level.
I can share the steps for Chrome, Select the three stacked dots (⋮ ) Scroll to and select Setting ==> Search "Spell check" ==> Scroll down to "Check for spelling errors when you type text on web pages. " and confirm this feature is enabled.
Hope this is the fix you are looking for, let us know if it works out.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
There is no spell speck built in to Bell Webmail. There is a grammar and spell check assistance built in to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers.
These are web browser specific & I have found them to be somewhat less desirable & of little value for spell checking in application such as Bell Webmail.
To turn this feature on for each browser, Select > Settings in each browser. This will open the Settings page. Type > Spell in the Seach box. This will take you to a Writing Assistance window in Edge and to a You and Google page in Chrome. The Options for both are listed on the ride side of eachpage.
If you are looking for a mail program that has built in spell check capabilites that is more reliable, I can only suggest having a look at a mail client. E.g Outlook, GMail, etc.
Take care.
