The link talks about splitting the WiFi network in a separate 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz band as opposed to have a single SSID for both.
Some devices do not like both bands to be called the same, and therefore will not work properly until the bands are split up.
For specific Eero setup instructions you should consult the Eero manual for your model. There are many different Eero models and not all are the same or are set up in the same manner.

Hey @newruralwifi
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.
Check out this thread where other users have discussed setting up their third party Wi-Fi Pods: Home hub 4000 and 2.4 Ghz
Take a look and let the Community know if that helps.

Can you please confirm that is the correct link above? The link seems to focus on setting up both 2.4 and 5 gHz. I'm just trying to get eero to work with Bell Fibe.

I've set up an eero mesh system with 3 pods, but it isn't connecting to my Bell wifi internet. I have a Home Hub 2000. Is there a step I'm missing to get the 2 to talk to each other?
