Up until recently I was getting between 300-600 mbps on my POD and Hub over wifi. (I don't have wired connections) However, I am at best getting around 150-200 mbps on my POD now (no change with the Hub, and there was no change to my set up). I rebooted everything to see if it would make a difference, but it remains the same. This has been going on for about a week, and measured at different times throughout the day.
When I run the Bell wifi checkup, it is showing a download speed of 1.8 gbps on the hub, and 1.5 gbps on the POD - with a strong signal to all my devices. That said, I see no difference in the performance of any of my devices. I also note that the Bell wifi app is showing my devices are getting 2-3x the speed that I see when I run Speedtest or Fast.
I am curious as to why the POD speed connectivitiy has dropped in half, and why Bell keeps sending me promotions to upgrade my speed, when I can't even come close to getting the speed I pay for now.

You can try power cycling the modem. This will force it to check for the latest firmware during the POST process.

Looking at the modem logs, the update to 2.14 occurred this morning 1:22AM and 6E POD firmware is 4.2.0-155-g1af418-prod-ig. On average, I see the PODs are ~600Mbps now compared to ~200Mbps previously.
Power cycle the modem to force a firmware update during boot.

I restarted my modem but it did not update. Might have to wait for Bell to push it maybe ?
Are they pushing to everyone or just to some areas, I'm in Montreal ?

As has been said by Bell, the upgrade is being pushed out now but it may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.

Isn't that the same POD firmware that's been out for a while? Perhaps the Plume firmware in the modem itself got updated with 3.14? Can someone please post the Giga/HomeHub firmware listed in the Bell WiFi app.

I have the same POD firmware and my modem was not updated so I assume that it didn’t change.

You are probably correct. The pod firmware was not updated. I have 5.4.0-22 firmware on my Gen2 pod and 3.0.1-66 firmware on my older Gen1 pods. That is close to Plume's latest firmware. The Bell 6E pod below is also very close but not exactly Plume's latest firmware. You can find a full list of current Plume pod firmware here. Note that these are Plume's latest firmware and not what Bell may provide. Please don't ask Bell to push Plume's firmware as the current Bell pod firmware is very close to Plume's list and may have customizations for Bell's system.

Good questions. The Giga Hub reports in the Wi-Fi app as the HH4000-E. The addition of the -E means the modem is capable of 6E wireless. In the Wi-Fi app, my modem firmware is reported as 3.2.4.0-110. It reports in the modem dashboard as 2.14.

I believe that this Plume firmware is the same as that in the 2.13 Bell Hub firmware.

What is your Gen3 (6E) POD firmware as reported by the Bell WiFi App?

As I suggested, the Plume firmware was not updated (it's close to Plume's own pods and may provide Bell customizations). The modem firmware has or will be updated.

I do not have a Gen 3 pod. Others with that pod will have to report their firmware.

To be clear, there is different firmware for different devices (modem and pod).

It appears the modem firmware update is what addresses the POD speed issue. PODs themselves automatically update and as @dks mentioned, the POD firmware is pretty close to what Plume shows on their website already. From what I also understand, if you power cycle a POD, it will check for updates during the boot process, but the issue seems modem related and not POD.
Give it time, as I would assume the modem firmware rollout is being staged over a period of time, which makes sense from a technical standpoint. In time, you will get the updated firmware. Calling into support, they have a way to push the modem update as well if it isn't happening automatically.
