Resolved! Ethernet Ports on Gigahub 4000 died?

At about 10am this morning, my Fibe TV box that was wired via ethernet showed that it "lost its connection".  No big deal.  Wifi still worked so I switched it over and thought nothing else of it.Just a few minutes ago, I tried to access my Hue lights...

Hi all,New to Bell, have the Gigahub modem / fibre.    Working fine (not super picky) but my wife does call center work (translation services) in a room farthest from the modem and she is required to use an iPhone with a specific app for a softphone....
