where is blocked senders list?

I know how to block an email sender but how do I see a list of the senders I have blocked in the past?

Also, If I block an email sender in another email program, is that sender also blocked on the Bell server?

My concern is that the hundreds of spam emails we all get count as internet usage on my account.

Login to Bell Webmail with your web browser.

https://webmail.bell.net/

Go to settings. > Go to Mail. > Go to Blocked senders. From here you can an add or delete blocked senders. From here you will also see the current list of blocked senders.

If you block a sender from another email program, the sender is not blocked on the Bell server. You can block senders in software email programs such as Outlook but you need to follow & set up the specific options related to the program.

I have blocked the sender in webmail. This email continues to be sent in my email. When I check blocked sender list, up in right hand side, it is all greyed out. How do I stop this?

When you view your blocked senders on Bell web mail, do you see the sender you blocked? E.g.  You can block an email address (e.g. name@example.com) or a domain (e.g. example.com).

You must enter it as shown in the examples above in order for it to be added.

You can not use wildcard symbols, etc.

Hi WelshTerrier, When I highlight the email address on the email and check to see if I have blocked them or if they are on a blocked list, everything is greyed out and I cannot block them nor see if they are blocked, it is all greyed out.  I have attached a screen print of what is happening.

What  is your operating system? Windows, Apple, etc.? Is it up to date with the most current software? Have you rebooted your computer? Which browser are you using? Is it up to date? Have you tried using a different browser? Have you powered off your device completely? Have you run your virus software?
