Hi Bell community,
Important info for all travelers out there. Starting February 2022, U.S. wireless carriers AT&T and T-Mobile will begin phasing out and discontinuing their 3G / HSPA wireless networks across the U.S., including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
This means that Canadian wireless subscribers (including Bell Mobility subscribers) who travel to the U.S. and are not using a phone that supports 4G LTE data and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) roaming for voice service will be impacted after February 2022.
