My rate plan is a 5G plan, but only LTE is available.
Even though I live in a 5G area, only LTE is available.
What should I do? I have an iPhone 11pro , and when I went into settings and tried to change the Voice & Data section, there were only LTE and 3G settings.

The iPhone 11Pro is not 5G capable. It only has up to LTE. Your only option is to upgrade your phone.
