My phone controls what I look at and only shows disturbing negative things while I’m at work.
My bell tv is the same way too, it’s making me feel as though I’m crazy but I feel as though I have bossware on my network.

I am not entirely sure what you are asking. Bossware is productivity monitoring installed by employers and, as such, has no connection with Bell. If you have such software installed by your employer, that is between you and them. On the other hand, programs such as Teams, which are part of an operating system and can include monitoring functions, can be removed. by a user. Again, that is between you and your employer and has nothing to do with Bell.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell.Community
The Bell Community is a place for you to ask questions, find answers and share your thoughts.
If your employer has installed Bossware on your computer or mobility device, then I can only advise you to discuss this with them. This is not something within our circle of influence to comment on or change.
Bell does not install Bossware on any customer services, including all devices. E.g. Mobiltyy, TV, etc.
Thank you for posting your question.
Take care.
