I see that Bell home service has call control. When will Bell Mobility be implementing this?
Telus mobility already offers it free to their customers.

With the amount of spam calls everyone is receiving these days, Bell should introduce Call Control for Cell phones ASAP. I used to be with Telus ans they offer it as a free feature already.

Anyone else considering leaving Bell because they don't offer call control? It's 2024, isn't it?

Absolutely. Seems like every other carrier provides this service, with Bell Mobility being the exception.

Yes, I am considering leaving because of no call control. I get 4-6 calls per day from spammers, unsolicited mostly Krypto pitches...

Thank you for your comment. As a user to user forum, there is little we can say. If Bell adds the feature you wish, they will likely announce that.

Telus currently offers this service free to its customers. It’s a game changer due to the number a spam calls one gets daily and the primary reason I won’t switch to Bell mobility because it’s not offered.

So I just switched from Koodo to Bell for my cell phone service, and with Koodo they have a completely 100% free addon for your phone called anti scam, or something like that.. it basically makes it so that if someone is trying to call you, they have to input a random single digit number for the call to go through.. this stopped 100% of all scam phone calls.. why is this important to me.. well, I've had this phone number for 24 years.. I really don't want to give it up, but over those 24 years a LOT of scammers have gotten my number, and now that I have switched to Bell, and no longer have this service, I literally get close to 30 scam phone calls a day... It's honestly annoying enough, that I am tempted to switch back phone companies unless Bell can figure something out.. like how is this not an option yet for a company as big as Bell Canada ??... And they say they will forward my concerns to the right people... But unless they can get it figured out within a couple weeks, I'm going to have to switch back, because my phone doesn't stop ringing 24/7..
