Hey, I hope you're doing well ! For 5 days, I have been trying to order an Apple Watch in package, for months, but when I confirm the order, I receive an exclamation point and a message saying that it's impossible to validate the order at this moment. I tried several times. Besides, when I try to access the basket, I don't even see the product. It's weird, because I can see that there is something in the cart in the menus, but when I go to it, nothing at all (but that's another problem).

I had similar problems buying an Apple Watch online but it was thru Apple. At the time I intended to pre-purchase AppleCare with the watch and the order wouldn’t go thru - no reason, it just sat in the cart. After taking to support, we started a new order, did not purchase AppleCare and the order went thru immediately. After receiving and activating the watch, we signed up for the monthly AppleCare plan.
Try ordering the watch from Bell without AppleCare.

We wanted to check in and confirm if you were still having issues completing order for an Apple Watch. If so, could you confirm a few additional details for the Community?
- When you say "many devices", are these all phones and/or tablets using the most recent version of the MyBell app?
- If so, have you tried in a web browser on a home computer instead?
- Have you attempted speaking to a representative to complete the order with their assistance? This can be done online via eChat or over the phone.
Let us know if you were still in need of any assistance.

Thanks for your answer ! I would really like to try this, but the website is completely broken. I tried on many devices, but since yesterday, when I click on Build Your Plan I have an infinite loading and nothing happen (was afk and even after 30min, nothing). It's frustrating because when I want to access my cart from the email I received (when they said that they cannot comfirm at this moment, they saved the article in my cart an sent an email), I can't connect. Actually, it loads a page then tell me to connect again. I don't really know what to do.

Thanks for your answer ! For the first information, yes, I tried both on my samsung and iphone, on safari, chrome, the Bell App, on my ipad, asus etc...Actually, I talked with the live support chat, and they said that I have to try again using the "new phone number" option, what I did, but in vain. I'll try again, but if it doesn't work, I will find the time to go directly in a Bell store. Thanks again for your reply !
