I'd like information on if it is possible to have 2 phone numbers attached to one cell phone.
I am starting a small business and do not want to use my personal phone number as a contact on my social media.

Yes it is possible to do.
Dual SIM device is able to use two SIMs instead of one. Depending on the device, this can be a combination of physical SIM card(s) and/or eSIM(s).
With a Dual SIM smartphone, you can have two phone numbers on a single smartphone for calling and texting (SMS and MMS). For example, you can have separate personal and business numbers. The two phone numbers can be on the same account, or on different accounts.
I have included this web link that will explain everything about this to you.

If you have any further questions, you should contact Bell Mobility Customer service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
Take care.

I do not have access to your account & billing details. It is is difficult for me to answer your last question without knowing the device you are using, your current plan, the new plan you wish to add & how you want this set up. Have you contacted Bell Mobility or visited a Bell Store? They are far better equipped to answer your mobility account & plan questions.

Need a 2nd number for business, but I have a couple of questions:
1. Do I need to pay extra to add another line to my current service?
2. Do I have to buy another SIM card? My phone is e-sim capable.
When I went to get an e-sim, it asked me to sign up for a new phone plan, but I already have one
