Cannot be heard on calls with iPhone 11

Phone worked great yesterday on a  short call,half hour later phone froze so did a reset then touchscreen worked but now ppl can not hear me on calls,if i use blutooth earbuds it works ive tried everything any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

That sounds like an issue with your phone itself. You can make sure it is updated to it's latest version and attempt to restart it again. 

If the issues persists, the phone may need to be sent into repairs.
