I have signed up for crave basic using my mobile account (free)
when I go to play a show I get “an error occurred”
in checking the account it reads active.
any thoughts

- If you qualify, you will receive an email or text message with information on how to link your Bell Mobility mobile phone number to a new or existing Crave account.
- Once you have successfully linked your Crave and Bell Mobility accounts, you can start enjoying on-demand access to HBO, Max and more.
If you have a Crave subscription from Bell mobility, you will need to do two things to get started:
- 1. Create a Crave account (if you don’t already have one)
- 2. Link your Crave account to your mobile phone number (Linking verifies your Crave subscription via your mobility provider.)

How do I access a Crave subscription from a mobility provider?
For further assistance please contact Bell Mobility Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
