It does not come with McAfee antivirus.

Do you have Bell Internet? If you have Bell Internet, McAfee Security from Bell - Good is included free. For an additional monthly charge, you can upgrade the free package to a security package that includes your mobile device, E.g. McAfee Security from Bell - Better

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

It does not come with McAfee antivirus. The "Good" McAfee package, which was previously included for free with some Bell internet plans, is no longer available for new activations as of September 13, 2024.

Customers who previously had the "Good" package can still use it, but it will be removed if they change their internet plan. If you are interested in McAfee security with Bell, you will need to subscribe to the "Better" or "Best" packages.

Good Day.

To activate McAfee® Security from Bell, you must download and install it on your home computer. In order to do so you will need to have access to a computer & your Bell Internet account.

Follow the onscreen instructions. This will take you to your MyBell account where you can add McAfee Security.  Select > Change features & follow the online instructions & prompts to add the package you have chosen.

How to activate and install McAfee Security from Bell : Download and install on a PC or Mac

I have included these step-by-step instructions that have been taken from the McAfee Support website:

If you're a Bell customer, follow the steps below to download and install your McAfee app. You can download your app on your PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.

Log in to your Bell account 

1. Go to https://bell.ca/MyInternet.
2. Type in your username and password.
3. Select Log in.  
4. Browse to More Features and Services.
5. Select Download McAfee Security from Bell.
6. Use the setup wizard to protect all your devices.
   If you're installing from your PC or Mac, select the option to download the app to your device, then follow the prompts.
   • If you select your smartphone, you must add your country and mobile number. We'll send you a text message with the install link for your smartphone. You can also get this link via email.
   • If you select your tablet, you must type in a nickname for the tablet, and an email address where you can get the install link.
   • If you don't see the device that you want to protect, select the x at the top right of the screen to go to main products page.
      
7. Read and accept the License Agreement.
8. Follow the prompts to install and set up your McAfee software.
