EVS (HD+ Voice) compatibility

It looks like Bell supports "HD+" Voice calls , I see the icon on my Google Pixel 9 when I call other Bell (and probably Virgin) customers. It does sound quite good, even higher than a Whatsapp call, probably on par with Discord cal

So there's now in 2025, 3 tiers of Mobile voice services, from my research:

SD (AMR) HD (AMR-WB) HD+ (EVS)
Landlines, VoIP, Most non-Telus calls, Calls to the U.S. and International.

Probably Calls between Videotron/ Freedom customers still in SD.
Telus-to-Bell Calls, Sometimes Rogers. Bell-to-Bell Mobile Calls, with modern phones

Sub-brands and prepaid usually perform the same as their main (i.e. Koodo-to-Virgin would be in HD) , although my hunch is to expect nothing but disappointment and sadness from Chatr.

I expect someday (via CRTC pressure) that the Bell-to-Rogers HD linkup will be working more than 50% of the time.

I expect the Canada to US or europe HD linkup to be done in 2047.

My question today is: Will Bell setup a peering agreement with Telus for HD+/EVS, the same as they have done for HD?
