This tower services some of the popular Baskatong reservoir area. Speeds used to be quite good, but this year have been super slow even though the signal strength is high. While boating the area I did a speed test when closer to another tower which services the Pointe du David area, and was getting >150 Mb/s. This slow speed from the Montagne du Diable tower is seen across multiple peoples devices which leads me to believe there's a tower issue.

Hi there @toshee, and welcome to the Community.
Many factors can impact your connection speed. In particular, an area such as yours with dense greenery, large bodies of water, and a potentially poor line of sight to the tower can all be contributing factors to the slowdown you're experiencing.
For troubleshooting, we would ask that you restart (fully power down and turn back on) your phone, as sometimes your phone may just need a fresh connection.
If afterwards you're still experiencing issues, the Community would need some more details to assist:
- What is the make and model of your phone?
- Are there specific areas in the Baskatong Reservoir area that you're seeing worse speeds in particular? Landmarks, intersections, etc.
- What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed as of this time?
In the meantime as well, we would also recommend taking a look at our How To support article titled Troubleshooting Data Connectivity
Please do keep us updated, and thank you for your post.

Please read my original post as what you’ve asked for is already answered.
i have clear line of sight to the tower.
7 people with various phones all have the same problem. It is NOT an issue with my device.

Please explain the issue. What device to you using? Which mobility plan do you have? What do you mean by buffering? Unlimited data? How much data do you have on your plan? How much have you used to date during this billing cycle?
