Switched from Apple. Cannot send or receive photos via text, even with other Android users. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Natestartup. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for your post.
It sounds like your phone number is still linked to your iMessage account. We'd recommend going back into your iPhone and removing your phone number from the list of IDs that can send and receive messages - it may be intercepting messages, and iMessage won't forward them onward to your S23 Ultra as a text message.
Otherwise, we'd also recommend reviewing Samsung's SMS and MMS troubleshooting page
on more tips for what to look for and try out.
Give these tips a try, and let us know if you're still in need of assistance. 🙂

As per the recent Bell advice, I switched to Google messages app from Samsung messages app. From December, some of the samsung app messages will not be available. If you are using Samsung messages app, go to the app settings-More settings- Multimedia messages to see the setting to change to send /receive MMS
