Global 365 Day Travel Pass eligibility/ Roaming Plans

Hello.

Can someone explain what is the requirement for being eligible  for the Global 365 Day $100 Travel Pass?  I currently have 2 lines.  One with Can/US/ some Intl calling and Can/US but both of these are not eligible for the Global 365 Day $100 Travel Pass Also,  Bell only has a 14 day Travel Data Roaming plan @$70.  The competitors both have a 30 day $60 Roaming plan.  Does anyone know if Bell will be implementing something similar?

Bell offered this 365 plan to my wife but will not offer it to myself . We have 2 mobile phones with bell , 2 internet services and one cable service and still they will not explain why my wife is eligible and I and not . I spoke to a supervisor on the call center who would not explain and was obnoxious - never had that before . Time to look for a new provider

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for posting your question. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records. We would like to assist you, but we are unable to do so with the limited information that we do have. Account & billing issues such as this are best answered by calling Bell Mobility Customer Service & speaking to a representative or by visiting a Bell store.

For eligible accounts, it is a one-time charge and can be used in all Roam Better eligible countries.

Are you on a monthly or a pre-paid plan with Bell Mobility?

Your Bell Mobility plan must allow for the addition of Roam Better.

  1. There cannot be any restriction on international calling in place on your account.
  2. Phones on prepaid plans do not qualify for Roam Better or Bell Travel Passes.
  3. Roam Better and Travel Passes are not available on all corporate accounts.
For further assistance, please call Bell Mobility Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care.

I frequently travel. I have been a Bell customer my whole life, just as my Father. I have been a Bell shareholder most of my life, just like my Father. I currently have 4 services with Bell, yet I still do not have access to the Bell Mobility Global 365 Travel pass. I spent an 1-1/2 on the phone this morning, going thru 4 levels (chat, front line agent, loyalty agent, loyalty manager) and no one could offer an explanation why I could not access the Global 365 Travel Pass. I prefer to support Bell, but why do they make it so difficult to access a service, that was clearly offered to people? (Google search internet) There is no one to call, no one to email to get an answer. The best option I was given, is post something on the forum, and maybe someone from Bell will see it and respond. Here's hoping, someone will see this that has authority to provide concrete answers.

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for your input and feedback. Bell does not pick and choose who can subscribe to the Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass. For eligible accounts, it is a one-time charge and can be used in all Roam Better eligible countries.

  4. The Global 365-day Travel Pass can only be added if shown as an add-on to your mobility service in MyBell.

Take care.

Dear WelshTerrier,

Thank you for your response. For your information I have 5 services with Bell, 2 mobility, landline, Internet & TV. My mobility account totally qualifies as: 1/I have no restrictions, 2/ I have Roam Better enabled and used Europe Travel pass this summer for 2x14 day, 3/This is a personal account, and 4/ I am not one of the lucky to be randomly picked by some unknown AI computer system.

Loyalty 100% fully agrees I should be a benefactor of this service. I have paid my dues and proven loyalty, but that apparently is not enough. There is no appeal process or "Team" to speak to other than being advised to make a comment here in the forum, and maybe a person with some authority will glance at the comments. If I sound coarse, sorry, but it makes no sense to me.

Bell has added new international, Europe and Caribbean 30 Travel passes. No luck with the 365 yet.
